If you are a charitable organisation you may opt to continue on the free tariff, for as long as you wish.

Monthly Billing
Billing is in advance on a monthly basis. Should there be a problem charging your credit card, you will be notified by
email. This allows you the opportunity to rectify the issue without loss of service. Should you not rectify the issue
within two weeks, your account will be suspended, and a holding page will be displayed instead of your application. At any point
you may login and update your credit card details to continue the service.
Cancellation
If you are not happy with your subscription, you may cancel at any time by contacting our Customer Services.
