If you would like to try the Knowledge Base, you can have a look at our own. This should give you an idea of how useful it can be and how neutral it looks (our logo is by no means mandatory). It can be customised using either header and footer code inserts or a custom stylesheet, or both!
There are two distinct layouts available. The normal one, and one designed for older browsers, which has very basic Javascript. Using the browser statistics available you'll be able to decide which one to use.

Helpdesk demo

You can send email to it by using the email address: demo@websupportsolutions.co.uk Note that this Helpdesk is public so you should avoid sending anything sensitive to it. Also, new email is collected every minute so there may be a short delay before anything you send appears.
