Our hosted Helpdesk application allows you to do what you want to do, which is focus on your Customers. It allows you to focus on your business instead of your support software, by taking the support systems daily housekeeping tasks away from you. It also allows you to keep a record of communications with your Customers by saving your communications with them and providing a link to them when you need them. Reminder service
We've added a reminder service to the Helpdesk, to help you remember important events. When they're close you'll be notified of them with a yellow (today) or red (overdue) message.

Template restrictions
You can now restrict Helpdesk templates to particular queues. Useful for keeping templates that aren't applicable out of the picture.

POP3 email collection
All email collection for the Helpdesk is now done using a normal email account. Simply specify the details in your settings and the Helpdesk will check it periodically for new email. This is, we think, a lot easier than setting up email aliases and enables us to better identify who an email is for.
