  • Favourites list

    Users now have the option of adding FAQs they want to return to to a "favourites" list to make this much easier.

  • More display options

    If you wish, you can now turn the top 10 answers and the top rated answers off.

  • Knowledge Base favourites

    Users can now add one or more questions to a "favourites" list, allowing them to quickly come back to a question if they want to.

  • Caching control

    We've added a few options to the Knowledge Base to allow you to control the caching HTTP headers that it sends to users. You can now specify the length of time that the page is valid for and, if you wish, turn off caching completely.
