How long is the free trial?
The free trial is for 30 days. This should give you ample time to try the software out and decide if it fits your needs.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No! You won't be asked to sign a contract. The service is provided on an ongoing basis, and you may cancel at any point using your Control Centre.
How do I continue when the trial period is over?
You will be emailed shortly before the end of your trial. This email will contain instructions telling you how to enter your payment information, to ensure uninterrupted service.
How do I cancel if I'm no longer interested?
If you don't want to continue then you don't have to do anything! The account will remain open, however you won't be charged, because you haven't entered your payment details!
What is included in the free trial?
Full access on the base level to the Knowledge Base and the Helpdesk. This allows creation of unlimited Knowledge Base articles and up to 300 Helpdesk tickets.
